PRODUCT

Calcined Bauxite

Calcined Bauxite is primarily used in the production of high-alumina refractory materials, abrasives, and specialized industrial applications. Its excellent thermal stability, high mechanical strength, and resistance to chemical corrosion make it an essential raw material for manufacturing refractory bricks, castables, and kiln linings used in steel, cement, and glass industries.

The use of Calcined Bauxite enhances resistance to slag and molten metal penetration, thereby improving the durability and service life of refractory components under extreme conditions.

Due to its high alumina content (typically 80–88%) and low impurity levels, calcined bauxite is suitable for high-temperature processing environments. It remains stable at temperatures exceeding 1600 °C, ensuring consistent performance during prolonged exposure to heat.

Calcined bauxite is available in a range of particle sizes from 0.1 mm to 25 mm and can be further processed into grains or powders based on the application. Depending on end-use requirements, it may be screened, sized, and packed according to industry standards for metallurgical, abrasive, or refractory applications.
